LeBlanc Contracting has been doing licensed and insured contracting, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, additions and more in Niagara since 1999.

We are also a Member of The Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce.

Why We Began:

I established this business after a six-year career as a supervisor with a local home builder. Before that I had worked in many different areas of home renovation and construction.

I was astonished by the widespread problems I was hearing and seeing in the industry: the lack of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. I heard horror stories from clients regarding their renovations and experiences with contractors. They never seemed to have a good experience. They told me about contractors not showing up, making promises they didn't keep, timelines that weren't met, extensive unexplained cost overruns and of other surprises that they didn't expect.

 

A lot of those companies to which they referred are now gone.

I'm proud to say that we are still here and happy to meet with new clients!

Marcel renovated an old cottage built in 1928 for me. It was almost a tear-down and he made it into my little "dream home". Every time I walk into it, I love it more! Marcel's work is quite superior to any contractors doing renovations that I have ever seen. Because of Marcel's "artistic flare" he is able to create, whatever it is that you wish in your design. He built a pergola, that tied my house (tea-room & garage) together this creating an exciting "curb-appeal" from the road.
